•Yes We Must!
Let’s all wake-up now. Look, it’s not working. We all know that. It’s not solvable when you ask and answer just one question at a time like which is better, more Federal stimulus or less spending? Neither has solved the jobs problem. How can we solve the jobs problem? For starters, answer this question, why do people need jobs? The answer is steady income or money to pay their bills. How do we as a nation get Income into the hands of those wanting and needing jobs that produce steady income so that they can pay their bills and their taxes to secure needed services? Will more stimulus solve the problem? No it can’t and it hasn’t because it was a vital yet temporary ‘fix.’ It hasn’t yet produced steady income. Will reducing Federal taxes for the wealthiest Americans earning more than $250,000 and up help to produce jobs and steady income? Clearly, no. It can’t ‘trickle down.’ There’s another no sense question going around parading as economic certainty. Will lower taxes for the wealthiest reduce the Federal debt and help the economy to grow? No, no, no. David Stockman and Alan Greenspan adamantly agree about this. So let’s get on the right path in these tumultuous economic times.
The only way to solve this problem and answer the real questions is to do what China did . . . starting 30 years ago. It was also what we did well for a very long time in American history. It’s all about great Product Industries that Produce Steady Income that Produce Small Businesses that Become Large Product Businesses that produce taxes needed today. China has included an Education Plan as part of their Industrial Growth Policy to get: the ‘best brains’ from three sources: 1) Universities in the USA, 2) Attracting and hiring of our best and brightest graduates as well as those world-wide, 3) Accelerating their own total education system, renewing it with verve and money. We are presently without such a growth policy. This is catastrophic. China acted on their Industrial Growth Policy just about 30 years ago. Why don’t we develop one ASAP? They didn’t take it away. We just didn’t get better and stay better. We must because well educated Americans are required for our economic resurgence.
Three Powerful Beliefs Need To Be Cultivated
1. Small business cannot survive without larger product industries that generate income for them through sustainable jobs that produce income to pay for their livelihood. Small business alone has failed to produce enough jobs for the millions who are unemployed. Jobs that produce income. And note that small businesses are failing at a rapid rate! The trend is down.
2. Yes we can grow new Innovative Product Industries that produce jobs that produce income AND, in parallel, cut costs and budgets AND reduce the massive debt. President Obama has a plan as part of a long-term policy that will reduce the debt over ten years. Good and that can only succeed with an in-parallel Ten-Year Industrial Growth Policy to start right now.
3. This Industrial Growth Plan (IGP) is required to be formulated ASAP with simultaneous priority on all 17 areas for New Product Industries. Add others that are promising markets both in the USA and globally. Focus market research on the Americas. The United States, Canada and Mexico comprising North America with South America and Central America making up the rest of Americas.
The Federal Government establishes the IGP in a Grand Alliance with highly successful entrepreneurs and union leaders. Don’t waste energy thinking it can’t work—history proves otherwise including in the hay-day of the USA. It must be made to work now. It has to work “or else”.

3. Offer incentives to companies and bonuses to their officers who bring jobs back to the USA from overseas.
4. Get funds back from thieves and hedge fund pirates.
5. Get voluntary cash donations from the ultra rich. Name things after them.
6. Issue Resurgence Bonds similar to War Bonds during WWII for purchase by Americans and others.
7. President Obama to lead international leaders to secure agreement on who will play primary and secondary roles in specific product building for international trade.
8. President Obama to establish a forum for real mutual trade in the Americas as a high priority, Our Leadership Institute of the Americas™ plan is one way.
9. Leaders in Congress must learn that the Central Productive Process™ is the only way to go. It is the model that predicts the success steps all along the path to economic resurgence. We need legislation that fosters help for small businesses to grow and survive by getting reliable financing backed by the government.
