Accountability 1.5

All Democrats and Republican senators and members of Congress shall establish new standards of independence and liberation from corporations and lobbyists .All are required to sign an agreement that declares their personal independence stating that they might accept money and gifts from specific lobbyists and corporations but they do not ever control their votes. Their constluents are to be informed whenever the members are so approached.
The Ethics Board decides if there is one violation. Then: A) The congressman or senator must return all contributions to all givers who helped elect them.
B) Local, regional and national media are expected to post the photos and stories of these ethical crimes over a two-week period from the date of notice.
The rewards are freedom to act and serve as the people expected when they elected these public officials. Should they serve as required, re-election is the likely reward.
