Accountability 1.4

All large Corporations are required to:
1. Adopt and develop 20 small businesses and ensure their business growth in market share ,
revenue, profit and job creation.
2.Large Corporations are required to budget 5% of their pre-tax profit for Economic Growth and Homeland Security. Since the Supreme Court sees them as individuals they must pay their fair share.
3. Subsidies to large corporations by Federal and State governments are only for the areas defined here since the nation needs Homeland Security. Specifically through the building of new products, nurturing small to mid-size business growth, job creation and job in-sourcing can American industry have an industrial and economic resurgence.
This law is targeted expressly for and not limited to, new hiring, return of jobs previously outsourced, investment in safety and security, affordable health-care benefits, training and development of managers, leaders, middle level jobs and career growth.

Rewards for the achievement of these goals are, Federal and State subsidies, tax Incentives and Government preference in contracts and leasing, aid in developing global markets, risk assessments in countries around the world, security and safety assurance for all executives and technical experts. Enhanced shareholder value will likely follow.
There is no punishment for non-compliance unless illegal acts ensue. Accountability is completely incentive and reward for proper execution of responsibility.
